Satan is a lesbian (NSFW).
When naive schoolgirl Primula (Misty Mundae) is sent to the exclusive Diablo School For Girls it doesn't take long before she begins to chance upon all sorts of spooky sapphic shenanigans and suspect that she is, in fact, attending Satan's School For Lust. Her suspicions are confirmed when she is abducted by headmistress Miss Beezle and head girl Phoenix, played by Ruby LaRocca and Barbara Joyce (both of whom give and get plenty of head), for a lesbian BDSM session which is intended to conjure up Satan (Darian Caine). If this seems like an eccentric way to summon Satan I can only say this is a Misty Mundae movie and in Misty Mundae movies pretty much everything is a pretext for lesbian sex. Not that I'm suggesting that's a bad thing, of course.
Unusual home entertainment (NSFW).
Those of you too young to recall the days of old fashioned home entertainment probably have no idea how excruciatingly dull it all was. When an uncle got out his slide projector to show everyone his camping holiday slide show that was bad enough but proud parents showing off their kid's musical "abilities" was far worse. However, in this clip from Anita: Swedish Nymphet the titular saucepot (played by Christina Lindberg), having entertained her father's work colleagues with a family sing song around the piano, goes on to perform a striptease for them. If this had been the norm for home entertainment we'd surely all be clamouring for a revival.
A weird whipping scene (NSFW).
When vampire babe Irina Karlstein (Lina Romay) is invited to visit Princess de Rochefort (Monica Swinn) she is walking into a trap in the 1973 Jesus Franco exploitation classic Female Vampire, for the princess is a sadistic lesbian who has lured Irina into her clutches only to subject her to some CFNF flagellation at the hands of her servant (played by Alice Arno, herself no stranger to whipping scenes). However, Irina uses her mesmeric powers to turn the tables on her would be tormentor who soon finds herself being soundly thrashed and turned into a lesbian plaything. All pretty standard fare for a Jesus Franco film.
A double entendre masterclass.
As a youngster I was always taught that when a lady demands a double entendre a chap is obliged to give her one. Sadly this reference would be lost on many people today as that noble art form has gone out of fashion. By way of a reminder of happier times here is a masterclass from the Carry On crew taken from their 1972 Christmas special Carry On Stuffing.
A silly saucy ceremony (NSFW).
In the 1970s Wicca became very popular and there was no shortage of individuals who claimed to be the king or queen of the witches. This is neatly parodied in the 1971 film Simon, King of the Witches and in this scene the eponymous hero, accompanied by his loyal chauffeur, has infiltrated a sabbat being conducted by Sarah, queen of the witches. Given that there can be only one monarch the scene is set for a splendidly silly showdown and just to add to the fun back in those days you couldn't have an occult ceremony in the movies without plenty of naked women.

As all lovers of cheesy chop socky cinema will know, the dashing young hero must undergo a period of training with a wise old kung fu master in order to best the bad guys. Of course, wise old kung fu masters tend to be eccentric individuals but this clip, from The Tigress of Shaolin, takes eccentricity to a whole new level.
